Walk to the Beach! PingPong-Fenced Yard-N64-Bikes!

Excellent well equipped and furnished home and yard. Hosts were great. Positive: The fenced in yard was larger than the picture. It was great for the dogs and a walking toddler. The sunroom was wonderful as we could leave shoes and wet jackets out there rather than taking into the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more! Plenty of comfortable seating - indoors and outdoors. Hosts were excellent with communication and provided items requested such as pack and play, corner guards and outlet covers. Location close to a park and walkable to beach.

We had the BEST TRIP EVER at Neil’s blue beach house. The location was incredible and central to both Delaware and Maryland activities. A short walk past a pirate ship, and the beach awaits! The house is also right off the canals and we rented a pontoon for the day, such fun! All of the restaurants nearby were incredible (Shoutout to Matt’s Fish Camp!!) and super accommodating for kiddos with players and sand at your feet. The house itself was perfectly comfortable and charming, and best of all, nice and cool from the hot summer heat! The kitchen is modern and functional with lots of thoughtful details provided by the hosts. Being able to bring our wiener dogs was an added bonus too, and they loved the ramp out back and fully fenced in yard. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet, with nicely paved sidewalks everywhere you want to go! Neil sent us some surprise donuts one morning and my gosh, DELICIOUS!! Don’t forget to check out Telescopes and take home some retro fun keepsakes. We could not recommend this host or house any more, just book today!! Thank you so much Blue Beach House!!!

Great host. Very clean. You would never know it was a place that allowed dogs., which we were very thankful for. Great neighborhood to walk dogs. Nice location in North Ocean City next to Fenwick. Not too crowded. Enjoyed our stay.
